What: An Avid (NASDAQ: AVID) hosted “live” interactive Web chat with this year’s Academy Award® Nominee for Best Editing and 2009 BAFTA and A.C.E. Eddie Award Winning Editor of Slumdog Millionaire: Chris Dickens. Chris will be taking questions live from registered attendees.

Details: In its ongoing efforts to provide greater access to industry professionals, Avid has arranged for Slumdog Millionaire’s Editor Chris Dickens to discuss the art and craft of editing via a “live” interactive Web chat. Participants will be able to pose questions to Chris and gain some unique behind-the-scenes insight on the production process of one of the hottest films of the year. Pre-registration is required and space is limited.
