Avid has established a platform of marketing programs for our industry partners in effort to extend product awareness to our mutual customers, channel partners, and media contacts.  Partners are encouraged to consider how these programs complement their own marketing efforts to promote integrated workflows with Avid solutions. Authorized partners wishing to use the Avid logo in marketing collateral or web pages that speak to the partnership and/or an integrated workflow must first:

Materials will be shared within 24 hours of receiving a signed agreement.



Avid distributes a monthly Channel Partners' newsletter we welcome your submissions. Content should be exclusive to new product offerings and have no conflict with a channel partners' business.



Partners are also encouraged to contribute news items to Spotlight: our monthly customer-facing newsletter. To do so, please follow these submission requirements: 

  • Content must be relevant to Avid customer segments
  • Include a special offer with specific "how to purchase" information
  • Links to partner web page content must include the latest Avid product information and may not reference competing products or solutions
  • Complete a content submission form by the 15th of the month for inclusion in the following month's newsletter



Partners may create product listings to be included in the Partner Product Search section of Avid.com. Please refer to the PPC Submission Guidelines for instructions.



Please refer to Third-Party Press Release Guidelines to issue notices that include any mention of Avid, its segments, products, services, details about the partnership or development agreement, and/or quotes from an Avid spokespersons. You must comply with the Avid PR approval process before distributing press releases. 

Please Note: Avid does not engage in "joint" press releases (statements that include both company logos or imply that both companies are simultaneously issuing announcements).



Avid support partners by providing product loans to showcase Avid workflows at a variety of industry events. Depending on event strategy and messaging, partner products may also be represented in these demonstrations.

  • Contact partnermarketing@avid.com to request a product loan - requests must be received at least three months prior to the event
  • When creating event signage, please adhere to the product/workflow information provided by Avid ahead of event to ensure messaging consistency



To reinforce our commitment to offering open solutions, Avid distributes product-specific co-marketing toolkits approximately one month after a product is launched. These kits provide assets and guidelines that inform the accurate promotion of compatibility between your product(s) and an Avid solution. Materials may include:

  • Avid co-marketing standards
  • Product messaging
  • Workflow end-user benefits
  • Demo program information

Avid-partner workflow solution briefs provide integration information and customer-benefit details. Internal sales representatives and channel partners use these pieces as marketing collateral.
Submit to partnermarketing@avid.com a two-page outline or draft that addresses:

  • What capability and/or workflow does the product/solution enable?
  • What are the customer benefits?
  • How does the integration work?
  • What components and revisions are necessary?
  • What key exceptions, conditions, and further details are needed?

Avid requires two to three weeks to review and approve partner solution briefs.
