If you submitted a case using an ASC and would like to get a status update on the case, please use the Retrieve Case Details Form.

To retrieve information about your ASC, please use the Retrieve ASC Details tool. This tool can also be used to recover lost ASCs associated with your email address. This tool will not work for Avid Studio or Pinnacle Studio ASCs that were printed on the product.
