Overview

Students focus on the installation, administration, and architecture of Avid ISIS 5000, learning to connect, configure, and troubleshoot the system. Lab work and exercises give students practical experience in integrating systems and applying troubleshooting techniques.  This certification course culminates in an exam.  Candidates who pass the exam are Avid Certified Support Representatives (ACSR) for Shared Storage.
