Financial Future
- Avid 401(k) Savings Plan - The Avid 401(k) Savings Plan is administered by Fidelity Investments. You can contribute on a pre-tax basis from 1% to 60% of your salary, up to the IRS annual maximum. Avid will match 50% of up to the first 6% you contribute and the company match is immediately vested. Employees are eligible to join the plan upon completing three months of employment. The plan also accepts rollovers and allows loans.
- Employee Stock Purchase Plan-The Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) offers employees the opportunity to purchase Avid stock at a discounted price, equal to 85% of the ending stock price on the last trading day of each offering period. The offering periods commence on February 1, May 1, August 1 and November 1 of each year. Eligibility is the beginning of the next offering period after being employed by Avid for at least two weeks.
Development Opportunities
- Tuition Reimbursement-Tuition reimbursement is offered to all regular, full-time employees effective the first day of employment. Depending on location, the program will reimburse for tuition and portions of book and fees.
