Michele is one of the leading strategic thinkers in the media industry. She has spent twelve years introducing innovation through technology, business processes, and cultural change. Prior to joining Avid, Michele was the Director of Production Modernization for the BBC, and Media Partner at the UK-based Langsdale Crook consultancy. A background in journalism, Michele launched BBC News 24 and pioneered digital production and media asset management across the organization. Jonathan Crofts,
Principal Business Consultant
Jonathan joined the media & entertainment industry over twenty years ago. Over the last nine years he has specialised in leading business change through process improvement, finance management, technology and people development. Originally a TV programme-maker, he became a Project Director in Production Modernisation at the BBC, including developing digital production and media asset management. He has also worked on cost reduction and business transformation programmes. As a consultant, he has worked with other broadcasters and production companies in Europe, India and the Middle East. Martyn Suker
Principal Business Consultant
Martyn has over 25 years experience in the media industry. Originally a TV program maker, he has won craft awards at BAFTA and RTS in the UK. While working with the BBC he was one of the first to design and pilot digital production and asset management systems. As a consultant he has conceptualized and authored new production processes, commissioning and business models for a number of international broadcasters.
