Order Replacement Parts, get an RMA, Report Your Download Center Problems and No Eligible Dongle Found Error Message

How do I replace a broken part or get an RMA? I can't remember my login or password for the download center where do I go? I'm not in the versioner in the download center but I have a support contract. I get a message no eligible dongle found when running dongle manager and the AVD file from the download center.

Use these forms to request a replacement part or to report a problem with the download center.

These forms are updated periodically.

This includes the following problems:

Reset your password for the download center

You get a message "No Eligible Dongle Found" or "No Valid Dongle" when trying to update your dongle using the versioner .AVD file from the download center

Want to update your dongle? -> If you have an Avid Support Contract (also known as Avid Assurance) you do not need to request a dongle updater here, your update is available right now please get your update from the download center  www.avid.com/downloadcenter  All you need to do is download the "versioner" from the download center. The versioner is a file that includes all entitled dongle IDs based on contract status in Avid's database. If you experience a problem please report it.

Have a support contract and want the to download the latest editor software? -> Use download center

Have a support contract but the versioner does not work -> If the versioner in the download center does not work, if it says no "valid dongle found" (there is also a lookup feature in the download center where you can enter a dongle ID and it tells you if it's in the versioner), this means Avid's records do not show a support contract. If this happens please call 800-949-2843 press 2, so that a representative can review your account and make the appropriate changes. Once Avid's database is corrected, the versioner in the download center will be updated that day. All support contract updaters are done automatically through the versioner. If you know you have an Avid Support Contract but you do not show up in the versioner please report a missing dongle ID from the versionser here

Purchased an editing software product upgrade -> If you purchased a software upgrade the software upgrade includes dongle updater instructions. All software upgrades are done automatically through your purchase which will include either a dongle updater or an unlock code.
