Do you have anything else on a FW port? FWIW I was perplexed with the same symptons on a Mac MC 3 a couple of days back (no Mojo attached) Turned out to be a result of my leaving a DV transcoder (Laird) connected and turned on after quitting a Protools session. Disconnecting the Laird instantly solved the problem.

Video won't play in source/record-monitors

I know this is a problem many have had, but I couldn't find a solution anywhere. As I said, video won't play in source/record-monitors. Audio plays just fine. Monitors update to display the correct frames when I move the cursor. Video plays just fine in the monitor connected to the Mojo. I have tried several Quicktime/Nvidia-driver configurations...

Thanks for that. The main problem is that there are a lot of clips. Over a thousand! Some are transcoded and some are not. Some are relinked and some are not. And manually matching them by eye in the Media Tool - which I have tried - is very time consuming and prone to human error and once a clip is deleted accidentally it's gone for good! (Wouldn't...
