To submit an e-mail to our support team, please either log-in to the Support Center if you have previously created a profile, or click on Create a Support Profile if this is your first visit. You will then be sent an e-mail with your log-in and password information. Once logged in, select “Cases” from the top menu, and then click on Create New Case. Once submitted, you will be provided with possible Knowledge Base solutions. If none apply click on “Submit To Support” to send your request.
