Workflow analysis/Needs assessment

Avid Services will conduct a site survey and a hardware audit to evaluate system migration/installation, operational requirements, and user training requirements. Available design services include installation design, solution architecture design, and system design, all conducted by teams selected for their unique expertise with media production workflows.
 
Workflow Design and Implementation
How will your facility work with your new Interplay system? An Avid expert will work with you to investigate your requirements, then customize your Interplay database, set user permissions, and set up folder structure and folder properties specific to your workflow:

Pre-launch: Media life cycle, deletion policies, project usage, and user skill sets and work schedule considerations; creation of project/bin/folder structures, user profiles and permissions, media access rights, digital rights management, and resolution access.
Post-launch: System fine-tuning after launch to ensure maximum performance; operational testing to validate the end-to-end production solution and confirm that it satisfies all workflow requirements.
During rehearsals/on air: System phase-in after completion of user training; dedicated Avid Services engaged right up until on-air cutover to ensure everyone understands the workflow.
