Europe
European Service Centre – New!
On September 4, 2006 Avid Europe launched a new service centre (open from 0900-1800 CET ) for customers requiring Avid Liquid, and Avid Xpress and Media Composer* support. Customers will need to purchase a Service Access Code (SAC) in advance at store.avid.com.
International (with language choice): + 31 20 654 5530 (or 0411 617 259 in Netherlands). The Service Centre is also handing warranty calls on Medea products. Such calls do not require a SAC.
Note: All European customers who registered after 1st August 2005 will get a free SAC to get them started. If any customer believes they should have received a free SAC and did not, please go to http://avid.custhelp.com and choose the “ask a question” tab to send a message. The service centre will normally reply within 48 working hours.
