Avid Support*

Support offers software and application support to help keep your system running, isolate hardware issues, resolve software fixes, and help you fully utilize your application. Benefits typically include:

  • Optional Avid Support 7|24 Telephone Support extends your unlimited access to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Advanced Exchange and Preferred Pricing on qualified Avid replacement parts. After diagnosing hardware failures, a support representative will send the required Avid replacement part via next-day delivery before you return the defective part, minimizing system downtime. 24-hour turnaround in North America
  • Access to Avid's Web-based Knowledge Base for the latest system techniques, technical notes and product news
  • Access to Avids' Download Center for software maintenance releases, operational enhancements, minor new features, and bug fixes (where applicable)
  • Subscription to Avid InFocus News, Avid's biweekly newsletter.

Adds an additional year of hardware warranty protection to your basic Support plan for premium support. Covers all Avid hardware, exclusive of CPU. Available on most Avid professional products.

Avid Support Enterprise*
