Support is limited to one named caller and is available Monday through Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm local time.

This Annual Support Offer also includes a 10% discount on the purchase price of a Sibelius multi-seat upgrade when purchased during the one-year term of this offer. This discount is non-transferable and may only be applied to one upgrade purchase for the named caller.

You will receive the telephone access number for Assisted Support, your ASC code to access Assisted Support, and your Discount promotion code upon checkout. Please retain these numbers in a secure location.
