Overview:
Avid editors or system support personnel using the Macintosh or Windows platform learn basic technical support concepts.

Note:  E-Learning version is only available through purchase of an Avid Broadcast Subscription.

Audience:
Support and maintenance personnel, editors working on either the Macintosh or Windows platform, post-production facility managers, Avid Media Composer System owners, assistant editors.

Prerequisites:
