Overview:
Through lab work and exercises, students learn about the integration and support of Avid editing systems, including Avid Media Composer, Avid Xpress, Avid Symphony, Avid Xpress Pro with Avid Mojo, and Avid Media Composer Adrenaline. Avid hardware components and configurations are presented and explained.

Audience:
Support and maintenance personnel and Avid editors using Macintosh or Windows platforms.

Prerequisites:
Students must first apply and be accepted in to the ACSR program. Completion of a Windows introductory course or equivalent experience and a working knowledge of Windows operating systems are required. Completion of the MC 101 and MC 110 classes or equivalent experience. Extensive Windows background including technical and operational hands-on experience is highly recommended.
