This workshop is designed specifically for academic instructors. Based on the MC101 course, this workshop will educate attendees in the core skills, workflows, and concepts involved in professional nonlinear editing on Avid Media Composer systems. In addition, attendees will also be exposed to the design and use of the MC101 course materials, and participate in discussions relating to teaching Avid in the classroom.

At the conclusion of the workshop, attendees will have the opportunity to take the Avid Media Composer Certified User exam. This serves as your first step in becoming an Avid Learning Partner (ALP).
