The MAM Technical Support Training Preparation and Delivery (MAM300) course is aimed at the customer’s first line technical support staff and covers the specific configurations and integrations of the installed system.
Students will learn how the MAM services are configured and across which servers. They will understand also how the integration and technical workflows are configured. The course also covers basic troubleshooting, restarting services, and locating log files.
Delivered exclusively onsite, the course is tailored to reflect the customer implementation of Interplay | MAM and will be delivered by the technical experts that have designed, deployed, tested and implemented the system.
This course is designed for first level technical support staff.
MAM System Administration
At the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Understand the design, specific configurations and integrations of the installed system
- Appreciate how the integration and technical workflows are configured
- Carry out basic troubleshooting and support of the system
- Understand restarting services and locating log files
