Avid has now fully transitioned to the new partner portal 'Avid Partner Community' as communicated and launched on July 1, 2018. You can reach the new 'Avid Partner Community' at http://partner.avid.com.
If You are a Primary Business Contact for Your Partner Organization
You should have received the welcome email on July 1st with login directions and a personalized link to the 'Avid Partner Community' portal. If you have not logged in to the new portal yet, please do so ASAP. As the primary business contact, you are responsible for adding additional users from your organization. You can also add multiple users at a time. (Login to Avid Partner Community >> More >> Contact Support >>Add New User)
If you are a Primary Business Contact, have already received your login credentials but are unable to find them, please access the portal login page at http://partner.avid.com and use the 'Forgot your Password?' link. For your “username” utilize your email with '.apc' on the end. (Example: first.last@partnercompany.com.apc) If you are still having any issues, please contact your Partner Account Manager or send an email to avid.partner.community@avid.com.
If You are NOT a Primary Business Contact for Your Organization
If you are not yet enabled on the new 'Partner Community' and need access, please contact the Primary Business Contact for your company. Please note that only Primary Business Contacts at our partner organizations were enabled on the new portal and have the ability to add their peers.
