Sean Basaman was born and raised in Maryland right outside the nation’s capital. His editing career launched working on training videos for the Department of Defense. In the 27 years since, he has edited a variety of reality and documentary formats for a wide range of networks including History Detectives (PBS), Supernanny (ABC), Dancing with the Stars (ABC), American Idol (FOX), and The Voice (NBC).
