Overview

The MAM Operational Training Preparation and Delivery (MAM101) course is customized around the solution, user roles and existing skill sets of the users of each implementation. This ensures efficient skills and knowledge transfer with users receiving relevant and appropriate training on the various tools for their job in the context of their specific production environment. 

This training methodology requires preparation time to take the Operational Workflow Design and extract and translate from this, specific training modules and content, for the identified groups of users. This ensures users receive training appropriate to their defined tasks and responsibilities on the new system. This type of training is often referred to as workflow/role based training.

Delivered exclusively onsite, the course is tailored to reflect the customer implementation of Interplay | MAM.

Audience

Specific groups of users identified by role.

Prerequisites

  • Good knowledge of handling Windows GUIs
  • Basic knowledge of internet usage and search engines
  • An understanding of the production environment in which the MAM will be deployed is also required

Objectives

This course is workflow/role based training, customized to an organizations needs. Based on existing roles, skills requirements and system implementation, enabling specific training modules and content to be developed and delivered to the identified groups of users. 

The specific learning objectives for the training will be agreed in advance with the organization to ensure users receive relevant and appropriate training on the various tools for their job in the context of their specific production environment appropriate to their defined tasks and responsibilities on the new system.
