Avid is committed to providing streamlined account access to users.  Over time, we will make it easier for customers to enter their account login information once, and receive access to all portions of the site that require you to login today.
Important: Before accessing your existing accounts, you must first create an Avid Master Account.  If you have not yet created a master account, click "Create an account". 
Once created, login to your existing Avid accounts as usual. Your account will now be tied to your new Avid Master Account.  Do this process for each of your individual Avid accounts.  Once completed you can now login with one username and password to access all your individual Avid accounts.
Some Avid web properties will continue to require separate logins, but we’ve already begun the process of simplifying account access. By entering your information below, you’ll be able to access to all of the following:

Given the close engineering and marketing support that Avid provides to its developers, we do not make our SDKs, technical documentation, and other developer benefits available publicly. Instead, we carefully consider every application, then partner with those companies and individuals who are able and committed to developing valuable, unique products for commercial resale. We do not make this program available for the purpose of evaluation, experimentation, or academic study. Avid operates its developer program in this manner in order to provide the highest level of support to our valued partners, and to make sure that our developers are pursuing opportunities that complement the overall strategic direction of our audio platform.
We look for companies and individuals with established audio products and/or demonstrable audio expertise, knowledge of Pro Tools, and DSP programming experience. We also look for applicants who currently have the technical expertise to deliver quality products to market in a timely fashion. Please be prepared to discuss your development plans, timeframe, and commitment to Pro Tools development with us once you have applied.

Plugins tagged with Pro Tools | First in the Compatibility list are AAX Native 64 plugins specifically suited to Pro Tools | First. They do not require an iLok and are more affordably priced than other plugins in the listings. They are high quality plugins compatible with Pro Tools and Pro Tools | HD, but some of the bundles that include the word ‘First’ in the bundle name may contain plugins that are already included with Pro Tools and Pro Tools | HD software. Pro Tools | First will work with any plugins purchased from the Avid Store, however some plugins require an iLok, so check the ‘Specification’ tab to see if an iLok is required if you do not own an iLok.

By downloading, installing or using Pro Tools | First + Focusrite, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions supplement the terms and conditions of the Avid Software License Agreement.
Avid allows you to create up to three free projects (songs) with Pro Tools | First + Focusrite (“Free Projects”). Free Projects and the digital audio files they contain are stored online on Avid servers. Each of your three Free Projects may use no more than 1 GB of hard disk space and Avid may limit the file size of any Free Project to that amount. Avid may, in its discretion, offer additional online space for purchase subject to separate terms and conditions.
You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in your Free Projects. When you store on or otherwise submit your content to our servers, you grant Avid (and its authorized third parties) a worldwide, royalty –free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, communicate and distribute such content. This license grant is for the limited purpose of operating and improving Pro Tools | First + Focusrite and providing new services to you.
Avid reserves the right to delete your Free Projects from Avid servers if you have not used Pro Tools | First + Focusrite to access your Free Projects online for 60 consecutive days. Avid will send an email to the address designated in your Avid account prior to such deletion.
Neither Avid nor its third party licensors or cloud service providers shall have any liability for any error, omission or defect in Pro Tools | First + Focusrite or its associated online storage service, any inability to use Pro Tools | First + Focusrite or inability to access Free Projects online, or any loss or deletion of customer content or data, including but not limited to Free Projects.
