If you are a new user you will need to click “I’m new, create an account.” Notice that you are not asked to create a password at this point. You will do that later in the process. Select if you are registering as a business or individual, enter your email, and click “Create Avid Account”.

To manage your personal information, click the Account icon in the top right corner of the site, then select Account Info from the menu.

In the Account Info section, navigate through the available options to update your personal details. You can change your password for added security, update your email address to stay connected, modify your address for accurate billing and shipping, and view your order history to track past purchases. Easily keep your account information up-to-date in just a few clicks.

Sign in to your Avid account, then navigate to My Products. Click on the “View My Products” button and select the Avid software you want to manage.

Locate your purchase from the list of registered Avid products. You may also find renewal and upgrade options here, along with MyAvid Cloud management.

Find the installers of the software version and plug-ins that you want to install. Note that this will not always avoid the installation of Avid Link, which is included in the installation files if needed by that application.
