Once you have found a product you like and, if applicable, decided on a subscription type and tier, click “Add to cart.” In the cart you can choose other related add-ons that you may want to include in your purchase, then click “Check out now.”

If you are a new user you will need to click “I’m new, create an account.” Notice that you are not asked to create a password at this point. You will do that later in the process. Select if you are registering as a business or individual, enter your email, and click “Create Avid Account.”

Enter your name, address, and other information, then click “Agree and Continue.”

Select a payment method, like credit card, PayPal, or Google Pay. Enter your card information or log into the relevant account and click “Save,” then click “Pay.”

Wait for the order confirmation to display your order number and save it somewhere convenient, then click “Finalize account” and create a password. Follow the rest of the prompts, and head over to our Download and Installation support pages for assistance with next steps.
