Physical Returns Policy

You may return any unopened or unused product within 30 days of purchase, except for the following non-refundable purchases:

  • Replacement Discs
  • Reference Guides
  • Annual Support offerings
  • Subscription Products

If you received a product that arrived damaged or is defective, we will gladly repair or replace it in accordance with the applicable Product Warranty.

Exchanges are not allowed for any other reason. To return any shipped product, please submit your return request at the Physical Returns page.
