Timeline search tooltips
Stop scrubbing blindly for a specific quote or shot. The timeline marks every match in blue and flags the best one in green, so you find it on the first try.
Review without leaving the editor
Send a project for review and approval straight from the web editor. Right-click a recent project or use the menu inside one. No switching apps, no handoff, no waiting.
From search to task in one click
Select up to 20 clips in the Search app, right-click, and spin up a private or team task with every thumbnail attached. Handing work to an editing team now takes seconds.
Smoother to run behind the scenes
Register a new MediaCentral site without leaving Content Core and see platform status at a glance with health pills for the Control Plane and provisioning. Green is good; amber and red flag anything needing attention.
Light theme workspace
Toggle instantly between Dark Mode and the new Light Theme in user settings, to match your room lighting. Refined across every app, and switching now takes effect without a page reload.
More Workflow Improvements
Central account controls
Settings, Admin Mode, Help, and sign-out now live under a single avatar icon in the top corner. Fewer submenus, less clutter.
"Assign to Me" shortcut
Skip scrolling through the full user directory. A shortcut pinned to the top of the dropdown lets you claim any unassigned task instantly.
Task duplication
Clone recurring work in one action. Properties, notes, and attachments copy across into a fresh task, reset to Not started.
Flexible task ownership
Not everything needs a formal approval pipeline. Create simple private tasks for daily to-dos, then share with your team when you're ready.
Favorite searches in folders
Group saved searches however you work. Right-click, choose Manage Favorites, and drag them into folders that match your routine.
Reopen a completed review
Approved something and immediately needed it back? Reopen it. The task returns to progress, reassigned to whoever raised it, with notification sent.
